Yes I agree with what you saying. That is also my concern is in a VM the shared resources may impact the voice quality. |

Are you planning to use own VM environment? or 3rd party service such as Amazon EC2?
Are you providing a phone service? How many average concurrent calls are they?
Do you need RTP-relay?
