Which version of the SIP Server did you download the backup file from?
Version 3.9.5.8 Advanced

Have you disabled the firewall for testing (not only openning the port)? If it doesn't work, try to start Brekeke SIP Server service as an Administrator.

The problem was just a configuration problem in the system behin the Brekeke.
There was a wrong IP for the gateway configured.
