I have the customer get Cisco involved and reconfigure the VPN device. I let you know if we can get it working after the VPN is reconfigured.

I have not tried that, I have used PortoGo on exact environment on at lease 20 other sites with Cisco VPN. I try to use another client and see I have the same issue.

I believe the Brekeke is sending the busy 480 message . both endpoint are registered with SIP server.
