I do not know how to do that you say. How can I save the from header in ARS-IN or dialplan(To PBX) and add it to the "from" header with ARS-OUT or dialplan (from PBX)?

The REFER request is in an attended transfer dialog. I need to change Refer-To header in order to remove all info that is after '?' in the URI.
Can anyone help me?

It works fine.

You can create ARS route at [PBX]->[ARS].
