Post subject: VoIP Traffic is bolcked

Dear Sir

I want to change the Sip port from 5060 to any other number, but when I try to do that , It does not work.

So Do you have any method to solve this problem?

Can you explain what you mean by not work? Can the ua register?

The UA cant register,yes.

I configure the new sip port on the UA, but its not registered.

When I return it to the old sip port(5060) and return the server to the old port also(5060) its working and register ok.

All I can think of is that either a firewall or router is blocking the port so check your sip server port forwarding if behind a firewall or try putting the port number after the sip server ip on the ua for example xx.xx.xx.xx:6000 if you changed port to 6000. Also don't forget to reboot system after changing port.

I do it locally,in my company local network, and I result no connection,Also locally when I return to the original port 5060, its work good.

I think maybe there is a problem in changing port on the OnDo sip server.

I changed my listen sip port to 5061 changed my phone to register using port 5061 and registered with no problem. Problem is with your device.
