Register failed (403 Forbidden) error

1. Brekeke Product Name and version: PBX 2.0.7.2 Evaluation

2. Java version: 6.1

3. OS type and the version: 2003 SP2

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved: Engin

5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/networkpatterns.html : 8

6. Your problem: When trying to register with engin I canstantly get the 403 Forbidden error. I have watched the traffic on the router and it seems that a request isn't even going out to the ITSP. I have checked settings on both PBX and SIP and cannot find the problem.

or your Thru Registration may be off.
go to Brekeke SIP Server Admintool > Configuration > SIP
set Thru Registration is on.
