I am getting only one successful call

1. Brekeke Product Name and version:2.0.7.2

2. Java version:1.5.0_7

3. OS type and the version:windows 2003 server

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:Phoner

5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/networkpatterns.html :Pattern4

6. Your problem:First call i am hearing voice successfully after that
the next call call establishing between two UA's but not getting any voice.If we restart the Brekeke server then we are able do one successful call.

Hi,

Check Admintool's [Sessions] menu.
While you are talking, is the session status "Talking"?

You asked me that is it is showing TALKING,

Yes it is showing TALKING in sessions menu.for the first call and and for each and every call it is showing talking.What is the problem plz help me.I will be very thankful to you.I am waiting for your reply.

Did you change any config settings?

How about RTP settings ( Minimum Port and Maximum Port .)

Thanks for quick reply i am not changed any configurations. i am having defaultly min.port=10000
max.port=10999

min.port(video)=0
max.port(video)=0

Ya i got it.The problem is we opened the ports only 10000 and 10999,in the firewall which is held with sip server machine but after opening these range of ports we got the calls successfully.
