1. Brekeke Product Name and version:
2. Java version:
3. OS type and the version:
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:
5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/networkpatterns.html :
6. Your problem:
My set up is:
ATA 1(DHCP,192.168.1.102) -- Router (192.168.1.1|10.0.0.154) -- Hub -- ATA 2(10.0.0.2)
***************************************************** |
*********************************************** brekeke-sip.com(10.0.0.157)
When I call from ATA 1 to ATA 2, there is only one way communication from ATA 1 to ATA 2. I looked at the SDP body of the INVITE message from the hub. The source IP has been changed from 192.168.1.102 to 10.0.0.157. Is this correct? Or should it be changed to 10.0.0.154?
Also, for the RTP packets, it only goes from ATA 2 to the proxy and does not send it to the router.
Strange thing is that it worked fine on Friday.
Please take a look, any advice is appreciated.
Thanks! |

How about setting [External IP address pattern] = "^10.*" at Config page ? |

It's ok that the source IP in the SDP body of the INVITE from brekeke to ATA2 be 10.0.0.157.
Perhaps you should try to change the RTP relay setting from "auto" to "on" in RTP Configuration. |

Yes. Setting the pattern worked. What is it for? It worked with RTP relay set both to "on" and "auto".
Thanks. |

If you have NAT in the private network, you can set
the address pattern at the field. |

What if I have the proxy server connected to the Internet. And many ATAs behind different routers, whose public address are connected to Internet? How should I set the settings then? |

I'm not sure but maybe you can set the field like the one in Dial Plan Matching Patterns.
Such as ^10.*|^11.*
