Im using version 2.0 of PBX/SIP server and it seems that any client can currently make outbound calls via my sip server & ARS/PBX by using it as their proxy. Doesnt seem to matter if they are registered or not.
How can I secure it, so that ONLY registered clients setup in my user list can make outbound calls?

I think you can make an authentication for the user in case of registration and invitation, from sip server configuration --> Sip( General).
