When will v2.1 become a release version - upgrade now?

Hi there,

We are evaluating Brekeke PBX (with Sip Server) are getting very well with it. We have evaluated 3 other product and have found (so far) that the Brekeke product works very well and seems to be the best for our needs - keep up the good work.

We will in the next 2 weeks be purchasing a 20 or 40 licence.

1) We are currently testing version 2 - Can Brekeke confirm - when will PBX version 2.1 become a release version?

2) Should we install v2.1 PBX yet or wait for the release version?

3) What is the pricing structure of PBX v2.1?

4) If we purchase version 2.0 PBX do we get a free upgrade to 2.1?

Hi Colin,

I'm glad to hear your positive results with Brekeke. This is a user forum and Brekeke usually doesn't answer these questions here. You could email sales at brekeke dot com and you can get this info straight from them. But, in the meantime I can answer these questions for you.

You can stay with 2.0 unless you are having trouble with xp or windows 2003 and ivr. Then I recommend you upgrade to the latest beta which we have been using as a final release. Brekeke appears to really have a good version 2.1.5.6. Even if you are not having any trouble with 2.0.7.2 I would recommend 2.1.5.6.

There is no charge for upgrades within versions so you are good until 3.0.

The final release of 2.1 is due in December some time.

Version 2.1 is the same price as 2.0.
