Hi we have a working AA setup. The user dials in from PSTN, and hears an announcement like "Welcome to <company>. If you know the extension dial now, or wait for an operator".
However, when the caller enters an extension number, or the AA times out and goes to the default number the caller hear music instead of ringing tone.
Is there any way to get the PBX to produce "ordinary" ring tone? |

No response yet.
I have been reading some other posts. I guess there is some way to mess about with those .UL files. If I understand, these are u law sound files, so maybe we can find the right files and simply replace them with a different one.
Would that be likely to work? |
