6. Your problem:My problem is that when i am farwarding my calls to an extension it is working fine but when i am farwarding my calls on busy status it is not working instead of farwarding it on the extension i intend it is going on the same extension on which i called. |

Hi,
That usually is because you have call waiting enabled on the phone that is receiving the initial call. This is a phone/ata setting.
