1. Brekeke Product Name and version: 2.1.6.2 pro eval
2. Java version: 6
3. OS type and the version: Win 2003 server
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved: MP118
5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/networkpatterns.html :
6. Your problem:
I am evaluating brekeke and have the following business requirement.
Call comes into auto attendant, an extension or call group is selected. The extension or group is forwarding calls to concurrently ring multiple external/internal phones. One or more could be a cell phone.
When the cell doesn't answer it is routed to the cell's voice mail. We need to make brekeke require a DTMF confirmation to consider the call answered.
If no answer brekeke takes a voice message.
I think we have figured out everything except for the confirmation.
How can we do this? We do not want the inbound caller to get connected to the voice mail of the cell service. We want brekeke to take the call back and do whatever is specified as if it was a no answer.
Thanks for the help. _________________ Doug |

Hi Doug,
With current version of Brekeke PBX, we do not support the "confirm connection" feature you have suggested.
We consider adding the feature on our next update (v2.2).
Thank you for your support!
