If you are running linux then it usually is

http://sipipaddress:8080/pbx or if using windows replace the 8080 with 28080.

I'm using Windows, I tried it and it's not working.
Do I need to enable remote access on BSS configuration first?

Set a port forwarding at the router.
The web access port is TCP 28080 as voipwell said.
