1. Brekeke Product Name and version: SIP server 2.1

2. Java version: 1.5

3. OS type and the version: Windows 2003 Server Standard R2

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved: Vertical Communications Xcelerator-IP PBX

5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/networkpatterns.html :

6. Your problem: Xcelerator-IP PBX drops incoming calls about 1 minute after connection. Outgoing calls are fine. It sounds like an Xcelerator-IP PBX issue, but if we serve the PBX with other SIP servers, no problems. Vertical Communications support gives a simple excuse of "Brekeke's SIP server is not certified with them". Has anybody encountered issues like this? Not the end of the world for us, but we love to get any suggestions/recommendations.

Hi

In the Brekeke SIP Server's Active Sessions page, which "Status" can you see there before the PBX drops the call?

Is it "Talking"? Or is it "Accepted"??
