6. Your problem: Can any help me with a format problem in an ARS:
Patterns - OUT: - Matching patterns - User: What is the format for the user field - I have tried - 123,133,111 a "," comma and I have also tried 123|133|111 a "|" but they don't seem to work. I have looked through all the manuals and can't find it - can any one help?

Amendment to post above - I think I that I may have got the wrong definition of user - I want User as in "PBX User".
To recap: I want some of the PBX Users to use one ARS rule and other PBX User to use a different ARS rule. Example - "PBX User 100" to dial 9 for outgoing call through one provider, but "PBX User 101 to dial 9 and connect to different provider, Is this possible.
Many thanks Colin |

Hi,
Yes, you need to put the user number in the "from" (left) side of the ARS matching pattern. |
