How to configure PBX/SIP for pattern 5?

6. Your problem:
I tried to make calls inside a LAN, but if I can call from my IP phone to a mobile, that will be of more value. How can I achieve it? what Brekeke software do I need, how to configure them? do I also need any special equipment to connect to the PSTN?

need sip fxo gateway

pbx has more features like voicemail, call park, recording...

If you use Brekeke PBX, you can also use a VoIP provider like a Vonage to make a call from IP phone to a mobile phone.
