How does pal capture such event

Is there a way to capture such event that the call is forwarded to an external number?

I mean, I have a pbx user, let say 1234, on its property page, we set the "forwarding destination" as "96512345678", it will pass by ARS then go to external gateway.

Now my question is, when the call is forwarding, can we caputure this event(include caller id, dialed number, etc.) in PAL or any other way?

Thank you for using Brekeke products.
With current version of PAL, you cannot get event for the PBX user with call forwarding.
We might add this feature in future.
