1. Brekeke Product Name and version:
SIP Server and PBX 2.4.5.5 M-T

2. Java version:

3. OS type and the version:
Win 2008 R2

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:
Linksys PAP2. They are using digital ESI phones

5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/networkpatterns.html : Our setup most closely resembles pattern 9. We use Bandwidth.com

6. Your problem:

In the past, one of our customers has been able to hit the callback button while listening to voice mail on her phone. Since we've switched her over to our service, when she tries to do this, she gets a fast busy signal. Normally, the phone would give them a 10 digit number on the caller ID, but with the new setup, there is a "1" in front, giving them eleven digits. We think we are having problems because the phone strips off the first three digits for local calls. Since there is an extra "1" in there, the last digit of the area code remains.

I belive other customers have or will have this issue because some of them have the same, or similar, phones.

Where and how should we handle this?

In case anyone is wondering, I just used ARS to look for the extra "1" and deploy in the correct format.
