6. Your problem:
I need to send the same voice call to 4 sip Speakers each with one extension, so I need to configure multicast signal, I have tryed using several fordward destination, but when the call is answered by the first spaeker the others one remains in silence.
It is possible to configure Multicast at Brekeke PBX?
