1. Brekeke Product Name and Version: Brekeke SIP Server Advanced 3.1.x
2. Java version:
3. OS type and the version:
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:
5. Your problem: I am wanting to know if Radius support is included for authenticating Administration of the SIP server. I see all kinds of info about using Radius for clients, but we need to authenticate server admins with it instead. Is this possible? |

Ask Brekeke's tech support. They might have ideas.

I kind of thought the idea of the forum was to get answers like this from other users without contacting support. I guess if noone here knows I will have to contact support. |

There are several hidden API sets and programable GUI interfaces.
These API are not available to the public. |

That makes sense. I just figured someone else must have wanted to do this at some point. I will leave this for another few days to see if anyone else has had this issue, if not I will go the support route.
Thanks. |

Sipper, why do you need a Radius auth for the Administrator?
Is it for the login page? |

Short answer is yes. Long answer is, to meet our company password policy (AD is prefered) we can use Radius for authentication so that all password policies have to be met. Since Brekeke SIP Server does not have settings to enforce complex passwords, etc. Radius would be the simplest solution. |

The login password for the GUI can be more than 200 characters.
Is it not enough as "complex"? |

Right, but can I force the administrators of the system to use a 200 character password? Can I force them to use something other than 200 1s? Can I force them to change it in a given time period or to not reuse old password? See what I am getting at? |
