1. Brekeke Product Name and Version: Brekeke PBX Multi-Tenant v3.3.8.1

2. Java version:

3. OS type and the version: CentOs 5.10

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:

5. Your problem:

Hi everyone,
With my work, I have to config Brekeke PBX Multi-Tenant run with TLS.
I configured TLS in Sip server bundle in Brekeke PBX Multi-tent and TLS works well when I makes call between 2 SIP account.
But, I can not make call with TLS between 2 extensions in the same tenant by dial direct extension number.

For example:
I have 2 Sip accounts: test1_1000 and test1_1001.
I make a tenant named "test1" and 2 extensions 1000 and 1001 are assigned 2 Sip accounts respectively. I configured TLS in Sip bundle which runs well when I dials test1_1001 from test1_1000.
But, when I dial 1001 to call from extension 1000 to extension 1001, it does not run.
Please tell me why it does not run.

Thank for your reply.

I use a private SIP client Softphone of my company. It worked well with TLS in others SIP server like Asterisk, Kamalio,...
In this Softphone, we have to enter full URI to dial.
Beside that, can you help me solve 2 question below:
1. Can I config the ARS of PBX and Dial plan of SIP to call with TLS?
2. 2 TLS SIP softphone can not talk after successful register???

Example:
1. To call to test1_1001 with TLS I have to dial:sips:test1_1001@x.x.x.x:5061. In this case, the SIP signal is OK, but I can not talk between 2 client.
2. But I can not dial sips:1001@x.x.x.x:5061 or sip:1001@x.x.x.x.

No idea for me.Sad.
Beside our private Softphone, I try using Zoiper softphone to make call with TLS and the call is not established. I used default Dial plan (From PBX and To PBX) and ARS is configured the same as guideline in Brekeke WIKI.
Please, anybody can give me an idea?

If you use another transport protocol such as UDP instead of TLS, can you make a call from 1000 to 10001?

Is the client 10001 registered in the PBX's SIP server over TLS?

All client was registered in the PBX's SIP server over TLS.
I make call from 1000 to 1001 (not 10001).
I try to configure ARS to change the From, To URI from "sips" to "sip" and it works well with TLS.
May be, it is the problem of Sip Softphone when dial with sips URI.
