1. Brekeke Product Name and Version: 3.5.2.8, Multi-Tenant

2. Java version:1.7.0_55

3. OS type and the version:2012 v6.2

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:
Polycom phones, itsp
5. Your problem: After updating our PBX multi tenant a few months ago, the caller id stopped working consistently. Sometimes it displays the name and number, then other times it is just the number.
Also simply scrolling to a missed call, and redialing it does not work. There is a prefix "+" symbol for all numbers. I am not sure if that has anything to do with the caller id, but it started at the same time.
Any clarification on what the issue is and/or guidance for what to look for would be greatly appreciated.

It is hard to believe PBX add "+" symbol to caller id without settings in ARS.

You should check when "+" symbol was added.

You can check it from sip log, call log. Or using wireshark, you can capture each messages.

Thank you.

Yes sir. We made a change to the inbound routes
They were
Matching Patterns
- From sip:(.+)@
Deploy Patterns
- From "empty"

Now they are
Matching Patterns
- From sip:\+(.+)@
Deploy Patterns
- From &f1

This got rid of the + prefix which allows us to redial the phone number.

Unfortunately at the same time, it stopped the caller id, which worked sometimes, and now it does NOT work at all.

Hi isn,

Do you still have any questions or problems?
Sorry I'm not sure about your problem you wrote above.

Thank you
