Brekeke SIP Server is a SIP proxy so it doesn't send a hold music by itself.

Are you using any PBX or phone system with Brekeke SIP Server?
If so, refer their documents to change a hold music.

Brekeke SIP Server doesn't have a hold music too.
Let you check who generates it.

Who sends a hold music currently?
I suppose is it the phone itself.
To confirm it, use another phone client such as X-Lite.

As snuyzm said, SIP proxy doesn't send a hold music.

In my case I verify that every inbound call that enters the brekeke I hear a hold that I do not have configured on any other equipment.

Does the hold happen just after a call is connected?

How did you make a call? From a SIP client? or from SIP gateway?
If so, which product is it?
