1. Brekeke Product Name and Version: 3.7.6.6
2. Java version: jre1.8.0_131
3. OS type and the version: Windows Server 2012
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved: Cisco pone, zoiper and x-lite
5. Your problem:
How can I set the Ring timeout (sec) of an IVR auto attendant for more than 1 minute while answering the selected extension. I've tried changing the value to 200 seconds for example but it always ends after a minute. I have also modified the same parameter in the extension but behave the same.
In PBX system settings the Ringing Timeout (ms) parameter (ms) has the value of 240000 |

Hi sistemascec,
In my environment, I set as following and it works well.
IVR -> Ring timeout (sec) = 200
Select the extension -> Ring timeout(sec) =200
Other system settings are default.
Thank you.

Umm...
Your SIP device may disconnect a call like sending cancel.
Please check it, just in case.
Thank you. _________________ Brett |
