1. Brekeke Product Name and Version:3.7.6.6 multi-tenant
2. Java version:1.7
3. OS type and the version:Centos 6.8
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved: We use Brekeke PBX with Push Notification.
5. Your problem:
- We have used Brekeke PBX for long time. It run well in our server. But recently day, We have some problem. Sometime it suspend. We don't see any client in Registered Clients. We must choose "restart PBX" and it work normally. Before it can run long time. Don't need restart.
- I check the load of CPU and RAM. It is normal. Not full RAM or CPU.
Please give me some advice. Thanks ! |

No, Sir
We buy license from Brekeke. We use PBX multi-tenant. When PBX suspend we don't see any client in Registered. So can't make call. |

We are using Java 1.7.0_141 and tomcat 7.0.67
RAM is not full. It use 8Gb/16Gb of RAM. CPU is low load. |

What does your "suspend" mean?
Are there any error messages on the PBX's screen? |

Mr Tho,
I believe you should contact the support team for this kind of issue. You seem to have official technical support contract. They would need the debug logs and explain what happened.
