Arbitrary 20 second timer affecting my failover dial plan ru

20sec is the default failover timer for Provisional response.
You can tune it with &failover.timer.provisional

Check it in the wiki page.

I know this thread is old, but if anyone can chime in on what exactly was done to fix this issue, I would be greatful. I'm having the exact same issue. I tried a 40 second timer, and that works, but I don't want the failover to wait for 40 seconds before trying the 2nd CUCM.

Have you tuned &failover.timer.inviting and &failover.timer.provisional?
