2. Java version: 1.8

3. OS type and the version: Windows Sever 2012 standard

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved: Extensión 2507 (ATA

5. Your problem:
Is there any method for give more priority to especific extension's call, for example, if I have the extension: 2503 with two incoming calls and at same time anybody calls from 2507 to 2503, the 2507 source call will be the first call to be answered

Hi sistemascec,

I think there is no feature like that as default.
I recommend to ask brekeke tech support.


Generally speaking, as an alternative solution, If SIP devices can use multiple accounts and can receive multiple calls simultaneously, by pressing line key user can select a call to answer.
