1. Brekeke Product Name and Version:
SIP Server 3.9.2.1/515
2. Java version:
1.8.0_201
3. OS type and the version:
Windows Server 2016 Standard
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:
Any (3CX, etc)
5. Your problem:
I noticed that when I export the dialplan from the server, any instances of the $ are proceeded by a \. So for example, if I have the following in the dialplan:
^64.11.22.33$
In the exported dialplan file, it looks like this:
^64.11.22.33\$
If I add a new entry to the dialplan file that I've exported, and I place the \ in front of the $, then when I look at the new entry in the DialPlan section of the server (DialPlan in the menu), the \ is not there.
It acts like the \ character is being added to the entries in the exported dialplan files and removed when a file is imported into BSS.
Is this normal behavior for BSS?

So why is the \ character added when the dialplan is exported?
