I can't send a push notification testing message to my application on ios 13.3.1

| How about iOS 12? Can you send a Push Notification to iOS 12 devices? |

This is because Apple changed the APNs specification from iOS 13.
To meet the new requirement, Brekeke's developer already adjusted the product which will be released soon. |
