Hi,

I recommend you turn off windows firewall and try your test call again.

Also, if you use another firewall between PBX and SIP devices, please check the appropriate ports are allowed.

Hi Bratt, thanks for the reply
the windows firewall is already deactivated and any ports are all open, in fact as I said it worked very well then overnight without making any changes it started giving this problem and I don't even know where to go, the registration of the extensions etc. does not give any errors.
Could you need some logs to understand better?

Hi,

Sorry, I have no good idea to solve your problem...

If your problem is urgent and you want someone to check logs, it may be a good idea to ask tech support of brekeke.

Best regards,

what can be annoying that the extensions can no longer call each other, they are always busy instead external outgoing and incoming calls work? what helps the internals to work? the java? Is there a log where I can see if there are any errors?
thank you

Does the issue happen only during the night?
Is the issue solved temporarily if you restart the Brekeke PBX Server?

Let you try to update both Java and Brekeke PBX because they are old specially Java 7..

hi no the problem is fixed.
but maybe i figured out the problem but i don't know how to fix it.
I have yealink T20P and T23G phones
on brekeke they register like this:

sip:132@192.168.2.55:5060
(192.168.2.55:5060)
Expires : 3600 Priority : 1000
User Agent : Yealink SIP-T23G 44.84.0.90
Transport : UDP
Time Update : Wed Dec 14 23:15:46 CET 2022

116 sip:116@192.168.2.3:5062
(192.168.2.3:5062)
Expires : 3600 Priority : 1000
User Agent : Yealink SIP-T20P 9.73.0.50
Transport : UDP
Time Update : Wed Dec 14 23:15:47 CET 2022

extension 132 registers with port 5060 and is a T23G
extension 116 registers with port 5062 and is a T20P

phones that register with port 5062 work those with port 5060 do not have the problem that they are busy.
How do I solve this problem that appeared by itself without any modification?

Do you mean that the T20P (ext 116) doesn't have the issue but the T23G (ext 132) has the issue?

exactly, on T20s port 5062 is assigned and they work on T23Gs port 5060 is assigned and they don't work.
where is this port assigned from?

The client's SIP port should be tuned at the setting of the client.
So please refer to the phone's document.

But.. I don't think using the SIP port 5060 is the cause of the issue.
I recommend that you upgrade phones firmware.
