1. Brekeke Product Name and Version: Version 3.14.7.4

2. Java version: Oracle Java SE 11

3. OS type and the version: win11

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved: miALERT

5. Your problem:

I'm trying to have DTMF working, there is a voice prompt coming from miALERT nurse call system. I got the Caller ID working that any calls from the system, it will display on top of the portable phone. There is also a message telling the system to acknowledge the calls by press # however that isn't working. That would send # key back to miALERT telling the call had been acknowledged and put a pause on the call.

Thanks in advance

Refer to "3.4 Set SIP-INFO parameter" in the page below might help you.

Hi Laurie,

I'd tried section 3.2.2 to 3.4 and it didn't allow me to use # to send back to miALERT. When pressing any key on the portable phone, I didn't hear any beep tone. We also have a Jeron Nurse call on site, by pressing 5 will connect to one of JERON station on site and giving out 2 way radio however, using # didn't do that telling miALERT on that the call had been acknowledged.

any method of making this to work?
