setting up ARS for sip.sipmedia.com

I purchased dial tone or a local VoIP # thru MyPhoneCompany.com (sip.sipmedia.com). I register with their server but can not recieve or make calls. I see an incoming call start. I believe I have mis-configured my ARS and I do not have a dial plan.

Does anyone have any samples I can copy or advice.

Did you check other examples at http://www.brekeke.com/en/support/interoperability_itsp_en.html .

Can you write your ARS and dial plans?

NO I am having some difficulty with the plans.
I've used the samples provided in the link you sent and I am still not getting it. Do you have any other advice?

We haven't done interoperability test with the provider yet, so we can't tell how to configure OnDO PBX to work with the provider in detail.

Could you write your settings of ARS?

Please change the pattens as follows.

This might cause the problem. + in the Matching pattern means "Match the preceding element (:, in this case) one or more times".

Please change it to
To: sip:18182644636@

I'm going to SIPphone which you support.
so one more question
I followed the pdf to connect with SIPphone and my system registers.
Now how do I make outgoing calls with the OnDo server?
all devices are registered
Am I missing the obvious?

Hi marley,

Your Ondo works with sip.sipmedia.com ?

I am using ondo with sipphone.com.
Just follow the pdf and dial 1747*******.
It works great.

Have you solved your problem with connecting to sipmedia.com?
If not, let us know.

And, for another problem with SIPphone.
Please try to call 1-747-4745000 (SIPphone's auto guidance) by OnDO PBX.
