VAD , Silence Suppression with AS5300

Hello. I have a problem.

I used GrandStream BT-100 with Brekeke via AS5300.

I have no sound part cuts at the voice call.

no sound part RTPs as follows.

The bt-100 is behind a router right? Ondo is on the internet at another location? You can not hear anything coming from Ondo? Can Ondo hear you? Is rtp relay set to on and nat traversal set to on on the sip server? Are udp ports 10000-10999 open on the linux firewall where Ondo is?

yes. Ondo has global address.

yes. completely silence come sometimes.
but caller start talking, sound is comming.
and caller stop talking,sound is completely stop.
Our staff feel "disconnect network ??" but network is fine.
It's like VAD function.

Brekeke doesn't introduce VAD so one of your two devices is most likely not functioning correctly. I would make sure you upgrade to the newest firmware on the Grandstream units.
