1. Brekeke Product Name and version: PBX 2.0
2. Java version: 11
3. OS type and the version: Win2003 Std
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved: Smartnode 2300 / E1
6. Your problem:
on a dialplan when making a call forward to (when an incomming call gets in) as:
sip:1000@localhost:15060 (autoattendant)
the call drops connection at exact 1 min 12 to 14 seconds.
this started to happen at somepoint affeter the upgrade to 2.0.
I have created about 5 new installs in different servers, reconfiguring from the very begining. changing my gateway etc etc etc.. I just cannot figure out why the calls are being droped.
I have notice that only when 15060 port is used this happens. I have set all time outs to 0 or 2 times the default and same thing.. sniffing the packets show a normal transaction but at somepoint the pbx sends a good bye and drops the connection.
my actual dial plan is very simple
$request=^INVITE
To=sip:81517001@10.10.10.1
$auth=false
To=sip:1000@10.10.10.1:15060
any help would be apreciate it. |

Hi,
What does the sip server call log say about the call. What is it's status code in the call log? |

I made a sniff with ethereal and I am getting a good bye request by my gateway (SmartNode 2300/E1)..
I just hang up with the Pattong Mexico tech support team and they say there must be some kind of incompatibility on the standards because either the gateway or the sip server is generating a time out when using this port.
when using other incomming sources for calls the problem is not generated.
I cannot blame my gateway because same thing happens with other gateways I have, they are FX0 analog ports. exact same problem.
all this after the upgrade to 2.0 :S
I have turned every timeout on pbx to unlimited or 2 times the time to see if this change the pattern of 1.14 seconds to drop calls |

just in case somebody has this same problem.
Patton gateway does not seem to support UPDATE method for session timer. at least could not find a setting to do so.
solution: add the following value to the setting.properteis
net.sip.sesstimer.method=INVITE
The setting.properties is under thr following direcrtory.
<install dir>/webapps/pbx/WEB-INF/work/pbx
contribution of Shin from BREKEKE tech support
