When calling in local LAN1 no problems,
but when calling from local LAN1 to LAN2 via internet
every time Active Sessions last 30 sec. no more no less.
and when calling from LAN2 to local LAN1 via internet NO PROBLEMS!
What can be the problem?

You need to go to the logs tab of the sip server and check what the exit code is for the calls that disconnect. My guess is that there is some problem with the sip control packets. The log may show an error that indicates disconnected by system to indicate that packets are not traversing properly. If the lans are on seperate wans then set up port forwarding on both sides for:

sip 5060 udp
rtp 10000-10999 udp
