Upper Registration: can't make calls

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:
UA: Lynksys PAP2

6. Your problem:

I'm trying to test the sip server as a bridge between my user agent (Linksys pap2 voip adapter) and my Internet Telephone Service Provider (ITSP) sipphone.com to make and receive calls

I configured the sip server to use the upper registration and I didn't setup any dial plan rule.

Upper Registration:
On/Off: ON
Register Server: proxy01.sipphone.com
Thru Registration:
On/Off: OFF

The problem is I can receive calls but can't make any calls, I always receive the busy signal.

I want to make calls to pstn lines thru brekeke server only with requistered voip adapters using sipphone's gateaway, like if the ua is requistered directly to the sipphone server.

What I should change?

Upper reg is just for receiving callss.
so you need to add a dial plan to make calls outside.
