| Does anyone know a good audio file editor for voicemail's navigation voice prompts? The file extension is .UL (raw uLAW). |

I use audacity to convert files, set the sample format and rate
16 bit, 8000Mhz export as a .wav file, rename to a .ul
and it should be good. |

| forgot to mention I used SOX for windows to convert the .wav to .ul it wasn't a simple rename.. |
