Getting internal calling log via radius, attaching my ACD

I'd like to get all internal/external calling log by radius.

If I register to ARS OUT for internal calls(4 digit extension #) as follows, can I get the internal calling log via radius?

To matching Patterns: sip:(.{4})@
To Deploy Patterns: sip:$1@

Question2)
I want to replace the default Auto Attendant with my IP based ACD(automatic Call Distribution) system.
Is it possible? How?
