1. Brekeke Product Name and version: PBX 2.0

2. Java version:

3. OS type and the version: Window XP Professional

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved: General SIP Softphone, SIP IP-Phone, Audiocodes GW

5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/networkpatterns.html : Pattern 2

6. Your problem:
Hi,

Question 1)
I want to attach my SIP-IVR to your IP-PBX for Auto Attendant service.
My SIP-IVR only uses SIP standards protocol(INVITE, REFER ...).
is it possible to replace your Auto Attendant with my SIP-IVR?
Should I buy user licenses for SIP-IVR total channels?

Question 2
Can you provide API for realtime-monitoring IP-PBX system line status(which extensions are busy, which PSTN lines are busy ...)?
As you know, my SIP-IVR application wants to know all line status promptly.

Thanks.
Regards, Shin
