Please help: how to make outgoing call via voip gateway

Brekeke PBX, Version 2.0.7.2 Pro

2. Java version:


3. OS type and the version:
Windows XP Pro SP2

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:
QUINTUM TENOR AXT48 VOIP GATEWAY

5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/networkpatterns.html :
Pattern 2

6. Your problem:
We try to make outgoing call from Soft SIP Phone to the PSTN number, we already configurated pbx server by creating ARS rules:

OUT
Matching Patterns: To SIP:9(.*)@
Deploy Patterns: To SIP:$1@VOIP_Gateway_IP

and we also configurated Quintum box at hopoff number directory, the number pattern is set to 9.

But we still can not make call out. Could anybody please tell me what else should we do? Thanks so much!
