brekeke configuration and can this be done using ondo?

We have a telephony provider. They currently route sip calls to our brekeke server. Based on the incomming caller ID. We need to be able to push the caller ID and also the DNIS, ie the number calling us to an external provider along with the call. Can this be done and if so how?

Which header do you want to add the info (caller ID & DNIS) to?
Can't you just forward the call to external provider?
Then I think From header should include the caller ID and To header includes DNIS.
