Dear Support Team
we have a problem with OnDo PBX, we can discribe it as the following:
1- we are using an SVK software billing system.
2- when we call any international number, the call start and the accouting start normally.
3- in case of internet connection failure from the caller side, the call still working(RTP session still working) and the connection does not released and the billing system does not receive an End Call meaasge, so that the billing system does not count this call and the user balance does not decremented, and the user does not charged for this call, so we loose the cost of this call.
4- do Brekeke have a solution for this issue?, how the system can detect the RTP failure, and close the session and send an END call message to the billing system to finish this call, and charge the user for this call.
I hope Brekeke to reply us for this problem, It's too much urgent for us.

Hi,
There is RTP Session Timeout setting in both PBX and SIP Server.
If RTP go through the server and no RTP packet received for the period of Timeout, the call should be disconnected.
Check those settings.
