1. Brekeke Product Name and version: SIP Server 2.0.4.1/206
2. Java version: 1.6.0_02
3. OS type and the version:
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved: Xlite & HandyTone 486
5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/networkpatterns.html : Pattern 3
6. Your problem:
I configure the server as instructed here: http://www.brekeke-sip.com/wiki/index.php?telepark.wiki=195ce9d6
I have no problem when users on the WAN call other users on the WAN o users on the LAN call other users on the LAN. The problem is when a user calls from WAN to LAN or from LAN to WAN. In both cases, there is no sound. I did a mix of calls between softphone to softphone, and softphone to ATA.
Is there any configuration I am missing?
Please advice.
Thanks. |

Check If you set call forwarding at your router or enable UPnP at Config page.
You might better to set "Use local IP address" at SIP phone. |

The only port forwarding I have on my router is:
5060 - 5060 - UDP - Server IP
10000 - 10999 - UDP - Server IP
Do I need to create more ports forwarding?
I did enable UPnP at config and restarted the server. Still same problem.
Thanks. |

Just an update...
I installed the server on a new installation of Windows XP Pro SP2. I had it installed on a PC with Windows Vista. Now it is working fien, I tested softphones only though. |

OK...I did a test, Xlite on LAN to Xlite on the WAN. It works perfect both ways. I am using a Grandstream Handytone 486 on the LAN and when I call to the HT486 either from LAN or WAN (using Xlite) everything is OK, but then I call FROM the HT486 to either LAN or WAN I can't hear anything but I can be heard on the other end.
Any clues? |

Can you try any other type of phones other than HT486? |
