It is very easy to use 3pcc feature with version 2.1.
Take a look at Administrator's Guide (Advanced).
If it is not what you want, you can use JTAPI to implement your own application. |

Hi,
Many thanks for the info, will have a look.
To be more specific I want to call an extension, the system will hang up the call and ring me back and then I can dial another extension, make an outgoing call or something simular. |
