Update request and return reason 481

6. Your problem:
UserB call userA, userA send 180, and send update, SIP server
can't check the update, userB reject the update request with reason 481.

Qes1:Although invite is with sdp(offer), 180 is without sdp(answer),
update has the same call-id, from tag,to tag as invite request, why user B reject with 481(call/transaction does not existed), but SIP server accpet the update request.

Qes2: Whether does brekeke sip server support RFC3311 or not?
how can i fill message if want to implement update request?

why does user B reject the UPDATE with 481?
