queries regarding brekekee pbx

Your problem: i need a sip phone which has only 1 line , if that line is busy a busy sip reply is to be given by that sip phone , if the user press hold our custom audio file should be played . also i asked earliar if brekekee support vxml and the answer was yes by the brekekee support . where shall i place my vxml script and where in brekekee shall i give path of this vmxl file ? is it in some user's configuration ?
