1. Brekeke Product Name and version: PBX 2.0.7.2

2. Java version: Standard Edition 6, v1.6.0

3. OS type and the version: Windows 2003 SP2

4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved: Grandstream GXP2000

5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/networkpatterns.html : 3

6. Your problem: Enabling detailed logging

Is is possible to turn on detailed logging of calls? I am trying to diagnose a problem with a delay and breakup of calls on a remote extension which I suspect to be due to bandwidth restrictions, and would like to see all the call parameters which have been negotiated, to eliminate codec issues. The GXP2000 tells me that it is using G.729 which is correct, but I am not sure if that is being used in both directions.

The PBX is configured with 18,0 for this extension, and RTP Relay is on. The handset on the PBX site which I am calling is connecting with PCMU, but given that RTP Relay is on, that should not be relevant.

I can use Wireshark, but that is laborious to use.

Thanks

Steve
