1. Brekeke Product Name and version:2_0_7_2_
2. Java version:5.0
3. OS type and the version: xp sp2
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved: x-lite
5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/networkpatterns.html : Pattern 2
6. Your problem:
Can I make Brekeke PBX records Incoming/Outgoing calles automatically? If yes , how to do so?
Could I save the recorded files in another machine?
thanks.. |

Under each user in the Brekeke PBX, set [PBX settings]>[Call Recording] to "on".
All the calls to the user will be recorded and save in its voicemail box.
Also under each user in the Brekeke PBX, set [Voicemail settings] >[Attach WAV file to Email] to "on" and write an email address at [Voicemail settings]>[Email address]. Then go to [PBX]>[Options]>[Email Settings], set your mail server
By doing this all the recorded calls in the voicemail box will be sent to your email.
Hope it is what you expect. |
