1. Brekeke Product Name and version:
Brekeke SIP Server , Version 2.2.1.1 Evaluation
2. Java version:
1.6
3. OS type and the version:
WinXP
4. UA (phone), gateway or other hardware/software involved:
own hardware/M5T sip stack
5. Select your network pattern from http://www.brekeke-sip.com/bbs/network/networkpatterns.html :

6. Your problem:
The server answers a REGISTER sent over TCP - but
a) the wireshark tells me --- there are checksum errors within the response (within all responses)
b) the response OK contains following header : Via: SIP/2.0/UDP 192.168.2.1;branch=z9hG4bK2a3539c673a6a30e2
My UA client doesn't accept this due to the different transport within the via-header

The register already contains the 'SIP/2.0/UDP' . So the server just returned this entry.

Why does your client contain "SIP/2.0/UDP" even though the REGISTER packet is sent over TCP?

Hi

the SIP Server returns the REGISTER request's Via header in the response.
You need to contain the correct transport name in the request's Via header..
